Return & Refund Policy

* If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may contact us within 3 days of delivery.
* Photos or videos of the product must be provided when submitting a return request.
* The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
* Used products, damaged items, or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
* Once the return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be provided.
* Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed through a bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
* Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to a change of mind or personal preference.
* After approval, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
